Fuel systems must meet the minimum specificationsThese requirements must be met to insure the proper delivery of fuel to the outboardThe guidelines established by the ABYC and U.SCoast Guard should always be followed Permanent fuel tanks must be properly vented outside of the hull Remote fuel tank gas fills must be grounded Permanent fuel tank pickups should have the correct anti-siphon valve installed to prevent fuel flow if leak occurs in the fuel distribution systemRefer to ABYC Standard H-242
