Remove throttle cable seal from the inner handle
Inspection
Inspect the throttle cable for kinks and wearReplace if necessaryInspect the steering handle components for wear, cracks, or damageReplace parts if necessaryRefer to Stop Circuit Tests in IGNITION section to test stop switch
