MIDSECTION STEERING HANDLE Pull the throttle pin out of the cableRemove handle cover screws and coverHandle cover
Remove throttle end cap from inner handle
Remove the throttle cable retaining clipPry the cable trunnion out of the steering handle and remove cable
Remove the throttle control plate

IMPORTANT: DO NOT remove the inner handle except to replace itUsing punch and mallet, drive the steel pin that retains the inner handle from the steering handleThrottle control plate
