Starting at the center, torque all main bearing screws and nuts in stages 18 to 20 ftIbs(24 to 27 Nm)Using soft face mallet, lightly tap bottom of the crankshaft to seat the lower main bearingApply Gasket Sealing Compound to outside diameter of new lower crankshaft sealInstall seal with lip facing up using Seal Installer, PIN 339752Apply Moly Lube to lips of seal
