POWERHEAD DISASSEMBLY Remove the retaining screws and remove the exhaust cover
IMPORTANT: Do not use tapered punch or any other tool that could jam in or damage the taper bore when removing the pin
Remove the retaining screws and remove the lower crankcase head
Loosen in stages and remove the main bearing screws and nutsRemove the crankcase flange screws
Remove the lower crankcase head seal using Puller Bridge, PIN 432127, and Small Puller, PIN 432131Discard seal and O-ring
