Installation
Using new gaskets installed dry, install the intake manifoldTorque the screws evenly 60 to 84 in Ibs(7 to Nm)Replace shift detent spring and screwInstall throttle cable and throttle camRefer to SYNCHRONIZATION AND LINKAGE in MAINTENANCE section for adjustment information
Use pencil eraser to gently open the leaf valves to check the alignment of the valve over the portValves should be spaced evenly over portIf not, loosen mounting screws and reposition leaf valve
