FUEL SYSTEM
CARBURETOR
CARBURETORWARNING
Disconnect the drain hose and set the air silencer to the side
Do not attempt to run engine with any fuel system component disconnected or removedFuel leakage could contribute to fire or explosion
Cut fuel hose tie straps at carburetors and disconnect fuel hosesDisconnect linkage from the throttle levers
Removal
IMPORTANT: To avoid damaging the fittings,
push fuel hose off fuel fittingsDO NOT pullIf pushing won't separate hose and fitting, carefully cut the hose along its length and peel it backRemove air silencer cover screwsDiscard air silencer cover gasket1Throttle levers
Remove carburetor nuts, lock washers and carburetorsRemove primer hoses from carburetor nipplesRemove carburetor flange gaskets and discard
