Assembly
Before proceeding, refer to CARBURETOR CLEANING AND INSPECTIONBe sure that all replacement parts match original ones in size and shapeReplace all gaskets, O-rings, and sealing washers each time you assemble carburetorIf clip is removed from jet needle, refer to Throttle Jet Needle Adjustment to determine correct slotAssemble the jet needle in throttle valvePlace spring receiver in throttle valve, over the clip Align spring receiver slot with the slot in the throttle valve
Position slot of throttle valve over alignment pin of carburetor body, and slide throttle valve assembly into carburetor bodyTighten carburetor body cap
