Disassembly
1Using QVIC Twist-Grip Throttle Remover, PI 390767, depress the grip detentsTighten screw and remove the grip by pulling grip and turning the idle adjustment knob clockwise2Remove the helix halves rollersand guides 24298
3Pull the throttle pin out of the cable4Remove throttle end cap from inner handle
