[] 3Unscrew the six lower motor cover screws rntie strapRemove the port side lowerthe fuel cover enough to cut4motor the securing the fuel hose to connectorRemove
the fuel hoseUse caution as there might be fuel under pressure in the hoseCatch any fuel in the hose in suitable container5Remove the J-c1amp and screw securing the electrical wires to the starboard side lower motor cover
6Remove the two screws securing the electrical connector cover to the engineRemove the cover7Unplug all six electrical connectorsMark their location for installationRemove any ground wires ofthe engine harness from the ground stud 8Remove the engine harness and grommet from the lower motor coverRemove the starboard side lower motor cover from the engine
