Removal and Disassembly
1Remove the powerhead as described in Section 42Remove the gearcase as described in Section 6
3Remove the four screws retaining the lower engine cover to the exhaust housing
4Remove the two reverse lock arm screwsand remove the reverse lock arm, springs, and plate assembly from the swivel bracket cover5Remove the four swivel bracket cover screws and remove the cover and exhaust housing from the swivel bracket assembly6Remove the tilt lock pin and swivel bracket lower nut, bolt, and spacer7Remove the locknut and bolt bracket from the clamp bracketsW
