11Mark and remove the connecting rod caps and
bearings
12Lift the crankshaft out of the cylinder blockReplace the connecting rod caps on the rodsOrient them exactly as they were before you removed themInstall the screws finger tight13Remove seal ring from crankshaft
14Rotate the powerhead so the cylinder head faces upRemove the cylinder head and gently push up on the connecting rods to remove No1 and No.2 piston assembliesDo not allow the connecting rod to contact the cylinder wall or inside of the piston skirt during handling[] 15Remove upper crankshaft seal ing from crankshaft
and upper main bear-
[] 16Remove the lower crankshaft seal]17The lower crankshaft bearing should be removed only for replacement18Inspect crankshaft seall sleeve assemblyIf necessary to replace, grind the sleeve, being careful not to damage the crankshaft
