Steering Cable Replacement Removal
1Loosen cable adjustment screw 2Remove left and right cable ends from drum in steering housing Remove bracket Squeeze and remove cables from bracketDisconnect wire connections and remove boot with harness assembly from housing 3Remove pulley cover and pulley Disconnect cable ends from foot pedal Remove screws with washers CD and boot assembly with cables4Squeeze cables from adjustment bracket Q)Remove left and right cables from sleeve
Installation
Install in the reverse order of removal, with special attention to these steps1The longer cable goes on left side of foot pedal when viewed from the rear and goes around the pulley to the foot pedal The shorter cable CD goes directly to the foot pedal
