1Remove motor and tube assembly from drive housing assembly2Remove base covers 3Lift cover
from base and remove all wire connections
4Remove coil cord, drive unit wires and foot control plug cable from cover5Remove coverRemove battery cables and battery meter 6Remove screws board assembly 7Pry off keeper assembly
with insulated washers
and control

8If necessary, remove screws and pry off housing coverRemove all bushings and sleeves from shaft CD and housing covers 9Remove pivot pads and pivot supports
