1Mark lines motor
across the front and rear parting lines of
2Remove the two thru-bolts from the motorRemove the a-rings from the thru -bolts and discard3Remove the drive end head assembly Discard a-ring from head assembly
from the motor
4If the bearing in the drive end head assembly is worn or damaged, replace the assemblyThe individual seals in the head assembly are availableIf seals are worn or damaged, remove seals and spacer, and save the spacer5Remove the fiber thrust washer
