Adjustments Height Adjustment
Motor height should be adjusted just low enough tu eliminate propeller noise and ventilationThe top edge of propeller should be approximately eight inches (20 cm) below water surface
& When adjusting motor height, hold the motor tubemounting tube firmly to avoid injury form sudden dropping of motor

Bow Mount, Hand Control ModelsLoosen the steering friction knobthen loosen the height adjustment knob Set desired height with the height adjusting collar against the steering friction clamp positioned on the mounting bracketTighten height adjustment knob and readjust steering friction knot

Position mounting tube in clamp with cables running straight aft out of the steering headMotor will then have equal steering in both directionsLoosen the clamp screwheight adjustment knob Adjust height as necessary and tighten clamp screwheight adjustment knobKeep cables out of steering head running straight aft (to the rear) to maintain equal steering in both directions
