16Apply OMC Screw Lock to steering cable set screwPosition steering cable and install set screw
17Turn motor to straight-ahead positionand connect electrical wires as shown on wiring diagram in this sectionWires must be connected with the motor at the straight-ahead position so they will not be pulled tight and damaged when motor is turned 1800 in either direction
