Trim Sender Troubleshooting

To avoid immediate meter damage, never apply an ohmmeter to an electrical circuit where voltage is present1Disconnect the 3-pin Deutsch connector between the instrument harness and engine trim harness

2Calibrate an ohmmeter on the appropriate scaleConnect the meter between the whitetan wire, terminal"C", of the engine harness and clean engine groundWith the engine fully DOWN, meter must show reading above 80 ohms
