eRemove and discard the scraper from the end capfRemove and discard the O-rings from the end cap gOil new O-ring and install in the end caph.lnstall new scraper with its lip facing out
iOil new O-ring and install on the outside ofthe end capjCarefully, slide the end cap onto the rodkPlace the piston on the rodOil new O-ring and install on the outside of the end capIInstall the five impact relief balls and springsmOil new internal O-ring Place the O-ring and spacer in position nPlace the washer and nut on the rodTighten the nut to torque of 58-87 ftIbs(79-118 Nm)
