Installation

1Place trimtilt unit into positionApply OVIC Triple-Guard grease to the lower pin, and install the pin
2If loosened, tighten the tilt tube nut to torque of 50-54 ftIbs(68-73 Nm), then loosen one nut by Va to 1f4 turn 3Install external snap rings on lower pin with sharp edge of ring facing out
4Extend tilt cylinder rod to match with holes in swivel bracket5Apply OVIC Triple-Guard grease to upper pin, and install the pin
