Manifold and Reservoir Installation
1Lubricate five new manifold body a-ringsPlace them in the cylinder body
[] 2Attach the valve pump assembly to the cylinder body with three Pozidriv screwsTighten screws to 60-84 in Ibs(7-9 Nm)
rn past the snap ringthe manual release valveThreadring atvalve 3Oil and install the just grooveDo not install the snap this
timeYou will be removing the valve for the "Pressure Leakdown Test"41863
4Install the reservoir filter screen in the cylinder bodyMake sure the screen is seated Install the plug, using mm Allen wrench, and tighten securely5Lubricate and place new reservoir a-ring in the cylinder body6Attach the reservoir to the cylinder body with three Pozidriv screwsTighten the screws to 35-52 inIbs(4-6 Nm)41865
