Dura-Tank TM and Gallon Disassembly
Disconnect fuel hose from fuel tank
Remove four screws retaining manifold assemblyLift the assembly from the tank carefully to avoid damaging the indicator float or the screen at the end of the fuel lineRemove three Torx screws securing lens retainer, indicator float, and fuel line to manifold assemblyRemove lens retainer
[] Remove fuel line and a-ring
Remove lens and lens sealClean lens with solvent or lacquer thinner to remove any foreign matter which may be clouding it
[] Remove fuel cap from tankInspect fuel cap and seal for wear, damage, or leakageReplace, if necessaryInspection
