Binnacle Mount Remote Control, Prewired Disassembly
1Disconnect battery cables at the battery before servicing electrical systems, or risk injury from:
burns or fire caused by shorted positive battery cable contact with moving parts if engine is accidentally cranked or started2Remove the remote control from the boat with the cables still attached
3Remove the key switch retaining nutRemove the cover
4Remove the throttle and shift cables from the control
rn 5Put control inthe screw and washerscrew cover from the NEUTRALRemove the handle and remove rn 6Pry the handle loose from the splines on the driveshaft
