Neutral Start Circuit Test 1Make sure the control handle is in NEUTRAL2Use an ohmmeter calibrated on appropriate scale or continuity light to test continuity[] 3Connect meter as shown[] 4Turn the key to the START position: Meter must show continuity[] 5Move control handle to FORWARD position, and turn key to the START position: Meter must show no continuity[] 6Move control handle to REVERSE position, and turn key to the START position: Meter must show no continuity7If your results vary, test the instrument harness, key switch harness, and connectionsIf they are OK, test the neutral start switchNeutral Start Switch Test DR6269
