Tilt Piston Reassembly

[] 1All ModelsPiston check balls and plungers are identicalLubricate and install new outer a-ring on the tilt pistonPlace one ball, one plunger, and one spring in each hole in the piston as indicated[] 2Using screwdriver, carefully pry the scraper out of the end capDiscard the scraperRemove and discard the large outer a-ring

3Remove and discard inner a-ring of the end cap
4Clean the end cap thoroughly, then lubricate and install new a-ring in the end capLubricate and install new scraperThe scraper is installed with the lip facing outThen lubricate and install new a-ring on the outside of the end cap
