Tilt Piston Removal]1Using OMC Tilt Cylinder End Cap Removerl lnstaller, PI 326485, or OMC Universal Spanner Wrench, PI 912084, and breaker bar, unscrew the tilt rod end cap
2Drain the fluid from above the piston
3Slowly pull the piston out with rag wrapped around the rod and the top of the cylinderDrain the remaining fluid from the cylinder
4Remove the free piston using OMC Puller Bridge, PI 432127 and Large Puller Jaws, PI 432129Tighten puller jaws firmly against inside diameter of free pistonInspect piston, a-ring, and split sleeve, replace if necessary
