Installation 1Coat driveshaft splines with OMC Moly LubeDo not coat top surface of driveshaft

2Apply OVIC Gasket Sealing Compound and install dowel pins Apply RTV Silicone rubber adhesive sealant to mating surface of exhaust housing
3Shift gearcase to NEUTRALCarefully slide gearcase into place, making sure that the driveshaft engages with crankshaft and water tube locates in water pump outlet4Apply OVIC Gasket Sealing Compound to seven gearcase screws and torque to 40 ftIbs(55 Nm)
