Pinion Bearing Installation

1Assemble following components of OMC Universal Pinion Bearing Remover and Installer Kit, PI 391257, and OMC Removerl lnstaller, PI 5000003 as shown:

-20 112 inHex Head Screw PI 326584 Spacer in0.0Flat Washer PIN 326582 Rod PI 5000003 Removerl lnstaller -20 1112 inHex Head Screw PI 391260 Bearing and Plate
2Place bearing on installer tool with lettered side of bearing facing toolUse OMC Needle Bearing Assembly Grease to hold bearing on tool

3Insert tool and bearing into gearcaseUsing rawhide mallet, drive bearing into gearcase until washer contacts spacer
