Water Pump Servicing Removal

1Remove four impeller housing retaining screws
2Slide water pump assembly off driveshaftRemove impeller keyplateand gasketfrom gearcaseReplace any worn or damaged components and clean gasket surface
Installation

1Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new impeller plate gasket and to the two dowels Install gasket and impeller plate
INotel Impeller housing, plate, and gasket are aligned with two dowels

2Rotate impeller counterclockwise and install into impeller housing
