Reassembly Reassembl in the reverse order of disassembly, with special attention to these steps ::l
1If disassembled, assemble lower mount and torque rear nut to 28-30 ftIbs(38-40,6 Nm)Install lower mount, but only temporarily tighten inner cover screws
2Install oil pan to exhaust housingTorque screws to 34-38 ftIbs(46-51,5 Nm)3Install upper mountTorque cover screws to 14-18 ftIbs(19-24,4 Nm)
4Install new O-ring on oil pump base plateInstall plate, shaft, key, and inner rotorInstall outer rotor making sure identification mark is on same side as identification mark on inner rotorInstall cover and torque screws to 80-90 inIbs(9-10 Nm)
5Install new gasket on oil relief valveInstall oil relief valve and torque to 18-22 ftIbs(24,4-29,8 Nm)6Install new O-ring on oil strainerInstall oil strainer and torque screws to 80-90 inIbs(9-10 Nm)
