7Double nut the top exhaust manifold stud and remove from head 8Remove lifting eye from exhaust manifold and attach to vacant stud hole with same screw and two powerhead-to-adapter screw washers
INote Attach eye with bend outwa rd to avoid interferenceW
9Use spreader bar or equivalent to lift powerhead with gasket off10Remove adapter with gasket from oil sump and steering armInspect and clean adapter, oil pick-up, pressure relief valve, and oil pump11Reinstall componentsTighten oil pump screws to 72-96 inIbs(8-11 Nm)Tighten pressure relief valve securely12Inspect and clean oil sump
