Reassembly
1Clean all parts thoroughly before reassembly[] 2Install seat, float and needle assembly, and secure with pivot pin Turn pump and cover assembly upside downAdjust float so that the mounting arm side of float is perpendicular to the cover3Place new O-ring in the separator cover grooveEvenly coat the outer edge of the cover lip (not the O-ring, groove, or inner edge) with OMC Adhesive 4Assemble the cover and separator bodyInstall the five cover screws and tighten them securely
Installation
1Attach all hoses to the vapor separator and secure with clamps2Attach vapor separator assembly to backside of intake manifold with three screwsTighten screws securely[] 3Install intake manifold on powerheadTighten eight mounting bolts and three nuts in the order shown to 16.5 ftIbs(23 Nm)
