1Relieve fuel pressureHold container under the fuel drain hose Unscrew drain screw and let all fuel run out of vapor separator2Disconnect fuel pump electrical connector at top of separatorRemove fuel pump 15 amp fuse holder from its retaining clip&

3Remove intake manifold assemblyTurn manifold over and remove three screws mounting vapor separator
Have container ready to catch fuelRemove all fuel, water, and vent hoses from the vapor separator
