1Connect gearcase pressure tester to injector as shown
2Apply 30 PSI (205 kPa)Leakdown should not exceed PSI (7 kPa) per hour

Removal
1Rotate crankshaft and bring No1 cylinder to TDC on compression strokeThis will relieve pressure on the fuel pump push rod2Have container ready to catch fuelHold container under hoses and disconnect both hoses at fuel pump
[] 3Remove two screws holding fuel pumpPull out pump, and remove O-ringIt's not necessary to remove the push rod unless it needs to be replacedDo this with magnet or needle nose pliers
