16Set peak reading voltmeter to paS-50Connect meter black lead to ground and read lead to coil primary blue or orange lead using OIVK: Test Probe, PIN 342677, to back-probe connectorApply small amount of lubricant to prevent damaging connector17With key switch OFF, meter should read battery voltage18Move meter black lead to starter solenoid B+ terminal and crank engineMeter should show 6-1 OV YesSignal from ECM is okay- If cylinder still has no spark, check coil secondary resistance NoCheck continuity of primary wire and coil primary resistanceIf both are okay, replace ECM
