disassembly, scribe marks on frame and end caps for reference during reassembly
[] 6Remove the two thru-bolts and separate componentsAssembly 1Lubricate the armature shaft bearing surface with one drop of SAE No10 oilLubricate pinion helix on armature shaft with OMC Starter Pinion Lube[] 2If removed, install thrust washer on drive end of armature shaft[[] 3Assemble drive end cap to drive end of armature shaft[] 4Assemble armature to frame and magnet assemblyaligning marks on drive cap end and frame
5Install insulated brush and terminal set in commutator end cap with long lead in slotPosition the insulators and nut as shown in figure
