Starter Circuit CheckRemote
INote Battery must be fully chargedStep Check voltage between ground and CDProcedure Remove black lead from ground at CD Connect voltmeter between CD and common engine groundTurn key to START positionVoltmeter should show battery voltageResult aIf no reading, go to Step
Steps thru Remove starter to solenoid cable from CD to prevent starter engagement while making checksvoltage between ground
bIf meter reads battery voltage, reconnect black lead to ground and go to Step
II Check
INote Steps fJ thru IITurn
Connect meter at START position
aIf meter reads battery voltage, lead is open between CD and
key OFF before connecting and disconnecting meterTurn key to START position after connectingConnect meter at Turn key to START position
bIf no reading, go to Step
