[] 11Remove the upper thrust washer from the pivot tube[] 12If necessary, service the components of the stern bracketsIf the tilt bolt is removed, torque the bolt to 60-84 in Ibs(7-9 Nm) when assembledAssembly
1If any of the swivel bracket components were removed, refer to the reference picture for correct assembly
2Install the upper thrust washer on the pivot tube
3Install the liner on the pivot tube with the hole towards top Align the protrusion on the friction block with the hole in the liner and install on liner
