Lubricate parts for assembly using Johnson or Evinrude Ultra 4-Stroke Crankcase Oil
Cylinder Head
1If removed, install valve spring seals in cylinder head
2Lubricate new valve seals with oil and push onto valve guide until seated
3Lubricate valve stems with oil and insert in cylinder head
rn 4Install the valve 341446, and .install keepersOIVIC Valve spring and cap Compress with Spring Compressor, PI5Lubricate camshaft lobes, cam bearing journals, and bearing bores with oilCa refully install cam[] 6Lubricate rocker shaft, rocker arm bores, and tappet adjusting screws and nuts with oilLubricate rocker arm faces with oilInstall shaft, arms, springs, and spacersAlign locating pin in rocker shaft with relief in the headPush shaft in until seated
