20Apply OMC Adhesive Mto new exhaust deflector O-ring seal and installInstall new water tubeexhaust tube seal in position on exhaust tube
21 Install exhaust deflector and water tube in position and secure with screws and lock washersTorque to 36-60 inIbs(6-8 Nm)
22Apply OMC Nut Lock to threads of upper mount screwsPlace upper mounts in position on oil sump and torque screws to 108-132 inIbs(12-15 Nm) DR6232

Installation

1Apply OMC Nut Lock to midsection stud threadsInstall powerhead with oil sump on midsection studsTorque nuts, with lock washers, to 15-17 ftIbs(20-23 Nm)
