27Install belt guide and lock plate
28Apply avIC Nut Lock to pulley nut threads and thread onto crankshaft until it contacts lock plateInstall key in crankshaft parallel with taper

29Install avIC Crankshaft Pulley Nut RemoverInstaller, PIN 342212, on crankshaft taper aligned with keyway and secure in place with flywheel nutUse crowfoot wrench to torque nut to 18-20 ftIbs(24-26 Nm)
Timing Procedure

1Install timing belt around crankshaft pulley

2Place flywheel in position and turn clockwise to align mark on flywheel with extrusion on manual starter boss
