Cylinder Head

1Mark rocker arms before removal from cylinder head
2Align rocker arms to unloaded position by rotating camshaft until pad rests on the base diameter of camUse the cam pulley screw and washer installed in the end of cam to rotate

3Back off valve adjustment nuts and tappet screws in the unloaded positionUse OMC Tappet Adjustment Tool, PIN 341444, to back off tappet screws4Pull rocker arm shaft out of cylinder head and remove arms, spacers, and springs5Remove camshaft from the cylinder head
