STEPIGNITION MODULE TEST
1Prevent accidental starting of engine while testing; twist and remove all spark plug leads
2Twist and remove primary lead from ignition coil
3Connect primary lead to Stevens load adapter NoPL-88 red leadConnect adapter black lead to clean eng ine ground If Stevens NoPL-88 is not available, you can make an adapter using 10-ohm, 10-watt resistor, Radio Shack No271-132, or equivalent
4Set peak- reading voltmeter toPOS" and "500"
5Connect meter red lead to adapter red lead, and meter black lead to clean engine ground
