With the motor in the vertical position, fill the oil sump until the oil level is between the "ADD" and "FULL" marks on 9.915 (305cc), or "L" and "F" marks on thru models
Start and run engine for few minutes and recheck oil level after engine has cooled down Add oil if necessaryAfter the first 20 hours of operation, replace the oil with Evinrude or Johnson Ultra 4-Stroke Crankcase Oil
