Oil Pressure Tests
1Remove wire from the oil pressure sender and remove sender from the powerhead
2Attach 1 inNPT adapter fitting to pressure gaugeApply OMC Pipe Sealant with Teflon to threads and install gauge in the powerhead
9.915 (305cc): Start enginePressure must be established within 10 seconds of start up at 2000 RPM Oil pressure to be 20 PSI minimum at 2000 RPM Oil pressure to be 35-45 PSI at 5000-6000 RPM
Start enginePressure must be established within 10 seconds of start up at 900 RPM Oil pressure to be 10 PSI minimum at 900 RPM Oil pressure to be 35-40 PSI at 4200-5200 RPM
