4Apply CIVIC Locquic Primer and OMC Gel-Seal" to the threaded
portion of the powerhead-to-exhaust-housing screwsInstall all fasteners loosely before torquing any
5Torque the exhaust housing to powerhead screws to
18-20 ftIbs(24-27 Nm)
INote In
order to achieve proper sealing and prevent gasket damage, the powerhead mounting screws must be retorqued after engine has reached operating temperature and has been allowed to cool
