Oil System Pressure Test

Remove oil pressure switch from the oil pump bodyApply OMC Pipe Sealant with Teflon to threads of 1fa inNPT adapter fitting and install 0-30 PSI (0-207 kPa) gaugeStart engine; gauge should show 6-20 PSI (41-130 kPa)
Injector Unit .Pressure Test
[] Test must be performeo while injector is installed in oil manifoldCap outlet elbow and connect 0-30 PSI pressure tester to the inlet elbowPump to 30 PSI (207 kPa)Pressure must hold for at least minutes
