IJJ 3Remove the vapor separator vent hoseRemove fuel lift pump bracket nuts and remove assembly
4Remove screws retaining intake manifoldsThe lower manifold must be removed firstCarefully remove manifolds and remove recirculation hoses
Disassembly
rn 1Remove platetwo screws as required assembly, and the per leaf plate remove the leaf assemblies
INote The leaf plate assemblies contain no serviceable parts, so
do not disassemble them Inspection
1Inspect the leaf plate assemblies for damage :
The gasket surface must be flat, 0.003 in (0,08 mm) The leaf plates must not be distorted
W The leaf tips must not be cracked or chipped The rubber coating must not be delaminated The leaf plate stops must not be distorted or loose Test leaf plate screw tightnessIf loose, retighten using OIVIC Screw Lock
