Push sleeve toward motor well bootPush end through boot, then pull end of sleeve to close weave, and tape end in place
Important Sleeve must be pulled so weave is "closed"This will provide maximum abrasion and ultraviolet protectionTo secure sleeve, tie strap to battery cables only, or wrap with electrical tapeDo not install tie strap around sleeve to avoid restricting oil tank hosesConnect isolated 10 A.W.Glead to accessory battery positive terminalConnect battery ground cable between cranking battery and accessory battery negative terminals
INote Disconnect accessory lead at battery if engine is removed
