[] 6Install the impeller housing cover (h)[] 7Apply OIVIC Adhesive sealant to flat side of the impeller housing grommet Install the grommet, flat side down[] 8Lightly coat the liner with oilWith counterclockwise rotation, install the impeller into the liner with slot for impeller cam facing out[] 9Run thin bead of OIVIC Adhesive sealant in the seal groove, and install the special shaped a-ring seal
Installation
1Apply OIVIC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new impeller plate gasket CDInstall the gasket and impeller plate 2Apply OIVIC Triple-Guard grease to new impeller a-ring Slide the a-ring down the driveshaft until it contacts the impeller plate3Apply OIVIC Needle Bearing Assembly Grease to flat area of the driveshaftInstall the drive camThe sharp edge of the cam is the leading edge during driveshaft rotation
